The Consulate-General is located in La Bonbonnière, which is also known as the “Culture room” of Maastricht. It is home to one of the oldest theaters in the Netherlands and hosts a variety of cultural events. The building has a traditional brasserie where you can enjoy various Russian dishes.

As Honorary Consul-General of the Russian Federation, I am responsible for providing protection and consular information support to Russian citizens in the provinces of Limburg and North Brabant. The functions of the Consulate include:

• Protection of their rights and interests and support in their interaction with the Dutch authorities;
• Offering legal support to Russian citizens and recommending lawyers and translators;
• Providing assistance to search for missing Russian citizens in the consular district;
  
• Providing assistance to Russian citizens to exercise their electoral rights in the election of the President of the Russian Federation and the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation;
• Taking measures to protect the rights and interests of the Russian citizens residing in the consular district over which you want to install custody or guardianship.
